I bought something, but it is still locked

Open Settings (the gear button) and tap “Restore Purchases”. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you bought with.

Check vibration in the game's Settings, and in iOS: Settings → Sounds & Haptics → System Haptics. iPad has no vibration motor.

The game respects silent mode. Turn silent mode off and check the volume. Sound, music and ambient sound can be adjusted in the game's Settings.
